success in the broader team through nailing the KPIs – success breeds success!

Get people into work and
help them maintain their jobs. Achieve this through your relationships with
employers, goal setting with applicants, and teamwork in the office. Deliver on
administrative requirements through process driven activities.

Quickly connect with job
seekers to triage barriers and requirements for their next job. Leverage
community connections to smooth the way for both the job seeker and employer,
achieving targets along the way.

Duties

·Get job seekers into jobs

·Collaborate with the
community support job seekers

·Update systems and file
case notes in line with processes and expected timeframes

·Generate leads and source vacancies

·Deliver on KPIs in a high
paced environment
