Position Summary

The Employment Consultant, Pathways to Early Childhood Education (ECE) is a key service integrator within a mission- and results-driven team, supporting individuals in the Pathways to ECE program across the full employment lifecycle—from intake and assessment through job placement, onboarding, and retention—by delivering integrated, client-centered employment services.
