Employment Counsel, APAC

Our client is a leading multinational organisation seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to provide strategic and practical legal support on employment matters across multiple APAC jurisdictions. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders, HR, and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with employment laws while enabling the business to operate effectively and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities of this Employment Counsel, APAC (5–12+ PQE):
Advise on a broad range of employment matters including workplace policies, performance and conduct issues, investigations, disciplinary processes, terminations, whistleblowing, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, contractor agreements, separation agreements, and related HR documentation.
Provide guidance on labour law requirements, employee relations issues, cross‑border mobility, and dispute resolution across multiple APAC markets.
