Transform lives as an Employment Counselor with the Client Services Team. Focus on Indigenous clients by providing tailored career counseling and work search strategies in your catchment area.
In this empowering role, you will address the unique employment challenges Indigenous clients face through dedicated counseling. Utilizing a trauma-informed perspective, you'll support clients in occupational selection and help them develop Action Plans tailored to their needs. Strong collaboration with community resources and local organizations will be essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
