An established commercial firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer (Advanced Associate or Senior Associate level) to step into a thriving practice working closely with a Partner and Associate.
The team advises a broad range of employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment and workplace relations matters. You'll work across compliance with workplace legislation, privacy obligations, employment and contractor agreements, award and enterprise agreement interpretation, employee entitlements, and commercial disputes connected to workplace law.
You'll also draft employment contracts, workplace policies and manuals, and support clients through performance management, terminations, redundancies and workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment and bullying.
