Employment Law Consultants

We are looking for Employment Lawyers at both senior and junior levels to support major corporate clients across the UK. You'll bring your employment law expertise to the table, not just to advise, but to genuinely improve how clients operate.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on employment matters, with a focus on Employment Tribunal work
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and adding value
• Challenge and improve existing client processes, confidently proposing smarter, more tech-enabled ways of working, adding value beyond legal advice

What we're looking for

• Qualified Employment Lawyers (all PQE levels) with expertise in tribunal matters; Employment Tribunal / litigation experience
