Role Description
This is an on-demand remote role for an Employment Lawyer with knowledge of Canadian law. The Employment Lawyer will provide expert legal advice and representation on matters related to employment law, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, addressing labor disputes, and representing the company in employment tribunals. Additionally, this role involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations across various regions, conducting risk assessments, and advising on regulatory changes that impact the company's workforce policies.
