Employment Lawyer

Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to support the legal team during a maternity leave period.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on labour law matters in individual cases and, where applicable, in project-based work
• Advise primarily in German and, where possible, also in French
• Transfer labour law expertise to the HR departments
• Monitor and assess developments in Swiss labour law and provide guidance accordingly
• Support the legal team with additional tasks as required

Experience & Qualifications

• Swiss law degree
• At least 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in labour law
• Ability to quickly adapt and support on a broad range of legal tasks
