Overview
Our client, a law firm based in Kuala Lumpur specializing in Employment-related Dispute Resolution and Advisory, is seeking a Senior Legal Associate to join their growing practice.
Responsibilities
Lead files confidently and provide strategic legal advice and representation.
Draft and review high-level pleadings, contracts, and legal opinions.
Manage client relationships and help grow the firm's clientele.
Handle trials, hearings, mediations, and negotiations independently.
Supervise junior lawyers, ensuring timely and high-quality work delivery.
Requirements
3–5 years PQE.
Minimum Second Upper Class Law Degree.
Excellent command of English and Malay (written and spoken).
Responsible, resourceful, with strong integrity.
Passionate about Employment Law practice.
Candidates with proven experience handling employment-related matters will be given preference.
