Employment & Litigation Lawyer

Overview We’re hiring an Employment & Litigation Lawyer to represent the organization in employment and litigation matters across Alberta and British Columbia. You will be expected to take a decisive, results-oriented approach in protecting the business and driving matters to resolution. This is not a passive advisory role. We’re looking for someone who can confidently advance positions, move matters forward, and drive timely outcomes. This role supports the organization in managing employment matters responsibly and effectively, including litigation where required.

What You’ll Do

Manage employment litigation files from pleadings through resolution in both Alberta and British Columbia

Represent the organization across all levels of court and applicable tribunals in Alberta and British Columbia

Draft pleadings, affidavits, briefs, and settlement materials

Participate in alternate dispute resolution (ADR)
