MCI seeks an experienced Client Success Manager to lead client relationships, grow revenue, and support long‑term growth in the staffing industry.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Relationship Management : Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure long‑term success and satisfaction.
• New Client Onboarding : Lead the implementation of new accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and activation.
• Strategic Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through data mining, networking, and outreach.
