The Employment Tax Leader supports global employment tax compliance across 100+ countries, partnering with senior tax directors, payroll teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders. This role manages end‑to‑end tax processes and audits, interprets legislative changes, and provides technical guidance to ensure accurate filings and risk mitigation. The position also contributes to tax planning initiatives, drives policy and process improvements, and leverages technology—including AI—to enhance global tax operations.
