Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional and practical support in accordance with residents’ care plans
• Advocate for residents’ rights and foster a respectful living environment
• Monitor and document physical and emotional changes in residents
• Collaborate with care teams to adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living space for each resident
