Empowering Residential Community Support Worker

Spectrum Care is seeking a Community Support Worker for a casual position in West Auckland. In this role, you will provide assistance to adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities, aiding their participation in community activities, daily living tasks, and education.

The ideal candidate will have strong empathy, communication skills, and a passion for helping others. A full New Zealand driver's license and the ability to pass a police check are essential.

Compensation ranges from $23.97 to $29.68 per hour based on experience.
