EMR Applications Support Specialist

Drive operational excellence as a Corporate IS Applications Analyst, ensuring the reliability of Meditech Expanse and corporate applications. Support users through effective troubleshooting, training, and maintenance.
Reporting to the Director of IT & Biomedical Services, you will serve as the first line of support for functional and administrative needs. In this role, you will gather user requirements, troubleshoot both software and integration issues, and develop training documentation while also ensuring system reliability through validation of updates and documentation of workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support
• Manage and document enhancement requests and workflows
• Resolve access and integration issues promptly
• Create documentation and conduct user training
