EMS PCBA Process Engineer – NPI & Process Optimization

A manufacturing company in Chemor, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced engineer to set up new production lines and manage engineering operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the EMS - PCBA industry. Responsibilities include solving quality issues, developing process documentation, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Knowledge of ISO QMS 9001 and ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus.
