MedEx Ambulance is accepting applications for a highly motivated and clinically qualified Recruiter to advance its already growing team.

The EMS Recruiter works with the Operations Manager to achieve the following job goals:


+ Attend EMS recruiting events such as career fairs, graduations, and special events.

+ Updating recruitment websites, social media, and participating in professional networking.

+ Pre-employment screening, job interviews, and making offers of employment.

+ Implement new recruitment strategies

+ Ensure compliance with State & Federal hiring laws

+ Organize incoming candidates into appropriate onboarding programs
