a. Shall post daily loan payment and balance of client's daily base on daily collector's report

b. Shall print daily collector's stub

c. Shall maintain the list of current and past due loans

d. Shall prepare a list of all borrowers with arrears weekly every Thursday and to be submitted to the loan manager

e. Shall prepare a list of monthly past due accounts which will be submitted to the head office every 5th of the month after cut off date

f. Shall kept daily back-up of loan system in the cd/dvd

g. Shall attend to other matters as maybe assigned by the President, General Manager, Loan Manager and of Accounting Manager/Assistant.
