Duties and Responsibilities

Technical Skills

• Ensures encoding of approved Sales Order (SO) including stock-out.
• Enter and update data accurately into the company's systems and databases.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
• Ensures that all sales transactions are encoded before export cut-off.
• Ensures encoding of POSM transactions (ins / outs).
• Ensure timely release of inventory valuation sheet during cycle count.
• Ensure timely conversion of regular code to promo code.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate encoding.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology or any related course
• Preferably 1 year experience in FMCG or Retail environment
• Strong accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft tools (Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel)
