Encoder/ Stock Custodian

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in-stock inventory and management
• Experience in Construction Industry is an advantage
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Hardworking and flexible.
• Computer Literate.
• Can start immediately

Duties & Responsibilities

· Encode all transactions including but not limited to transfers and stock issues in the inventory system.

· Posting of transactions in the system (stock issue and Stock transfer)

· Receiving of requisition forms.

· Release of office supply & stock materials.

· Verifying Sales Invoices versus Goods Receipts.

· Reconciliation with suppliers and client

· Pick up and canvass of items to the supplier (equipment spare parts) – if needed
·Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
