Encoder

The Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining shipment, client, and operational data in AP Cargo's systems. This role supports smooth cargo operations by ensuring data integrity, timely documentation, and coordination with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Encode shipment details, client information, billing data, and transaction records into the system accurately and on time.
• Verify documents such as airway bills, delivery receipts, invoices, and booking forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Update shipment status and tracking information in coordination with operations and warehouse teams.
• Ensure all encoded data complies with company policies and standard operating procedures.
