FIRST ASIA LABOR SERVICE COOPERATIVE IS LOOKING FOR:

• ENCODER/FILLING CLERK

DEPLOYMENT:

• Atlanta Industry Inc., Mangahan Pasig City

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Encoding of the daily collection transmittal report and transmitting to Finance.
• Sending of billings, SOAs, and dunning letters through LBC.
• Encoding of various AR's and LBC monitoring summary
• Provide acknowledgement of collection receipts for online deposits (local checks/cash/FT)—upon request of customers. Recording the AR or CR number to its corresponding CRC entry.
• Scanning of all daily countered billing.
• Documenting, filing, and safe keeping of countered billing, returned LBC documents, and other important files.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate head.
