End to End Service Owner - Web

As a Service Project Manager for Web, you will be accountable for establishing, operationalizing, and evolving the web channel content design and production capabilities into a global services delivery setup.

**Tasks and responsibilities**

+ Manage External Vendor Production Partners to enable the global service
+ Transform maturing web content capability into a globally harmonized service
+ Deliver web content services at global scale
+ Continuously improve quality and costs of the delivery
+ Help Global Capability Owners (GCOs) with piloting new technologies, new ways of working and disruptive changes
+ Guide IT counterparts to provide platforms and systems that are meeting business needs
+ Manage the continuous improvement of the mature capability
+ Be a core member in the Web Way Forward project which has the objective of optimizing the web channel with lower operating costs and introducing a more web owner centric service approach
