End to End Service Owner - Web

As a Service Project Manager for Web, you will be accountable for establishing, operationalizing, and evolving the web channel content design and production capabilities into a global services delivery setup.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Manage External Vendor Production Partners to enable the global service
• Transform maturing web content capability into a globally harmonized service
• Deliver web content services at global scale
• Continuously improve quality and costs of the delivery
• Help Global Capability Owners (GCOs) with piloting new technologies, new ways of working and disruptive changes
• Guide IT counterparts to provide platforms and systems that are meeting business needs
• Manage the continuous improvement of the mature capability
