End User Computing & Collaboration Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or end-user computing (EUC) roles, with at least 4 years of experience in EUC, collaboration, telephony, or videoconferencing engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of EUC technologies, including Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services : Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform.
• Proficient in VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Experience with telephony systems and unified communications platforms (Cisco), including VoIP, PBX, and MS Teams Phone System.
• Familiarity with videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Web...
