End User Computing Engineer

- Provide first-line support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in onboarding new users, including setup and configuration of devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance EUC solutions.
- Maintain documentation of support processes and update knowledge base articles.
