Job Description

                    Job Requirements : A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
 Candidates with 3 years of helpdesk support experience will be preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets may also be considered
 Basic operating knowledge on Windows Server Operating System will be added advantage
 Strong customer service skills with a knack for problem solving.
 An aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge
 Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Basic understanding of Windows 10 OS, Active Directory, Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive), file and print infrastructure
 Working knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and iOS and Android devices
 Be a team player, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
