End User Device Technician

**MANTECH** seeks an experienced and passionate, career and customer-oriented **End User Device/Network Technician** to join our team located in our OCONUS, Germany, area.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Provides installation/troubleshooting support to VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, network switches, other hardware devices as requested, and completes associated cabling work.
+ Supports refresh, modernization, projects, and STO activities as required.
+ Travels to support other locations within the area as needed - 30+% of the time.
+ Follows proper processes of equipment classification and sanitization.
+ Conducts equipment surveys, inventories, completes database updates, and assists with logistical services for associated equipment.
