The Role

You’ll play a key role in advancing ABC’s digital transformation by delivering workplace solutions that enhance productivity and improve end-user experience. Working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors, you’ll implement and optimise tools and workflows that align with ABC’s strategic objectives and enable more effective ways of working.

You’ll assess digital literacy and user readiness to shape targeted adoption and change strategies, designing engaging training and accessible resources to support diverse learning needs. Through ongoing coaching and responsive support, you’ll resolve issues, gather feedback, and continuously refine solutions to maximise value.
