End User Support Engineer

About the Role

As an EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting end‑user devices, modern workplace technologies, and endpoint security across the organization. You’ll ensure seamless user experiences while maintaining performance, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint & Device Management

• Manage and support Windows 10/11 environments
• Administer Microsoft Intune / SCCM for device deployment and policy management
• Handle Autopilot provisioning and device lifecycle management
