End-User Technology Services Account Lead

Description of Position:

The ETS Account Lead has overall responsibility for the End User Technology Services delivered into the Account. These desktop services include Application Packaging and Distributions, SOE Build Maintenance, Patch Management, Anti-Virus Services, Electronic Inventory Management and the deployment of the toolset.

Main Responsibilities of Position:

• Overall responsible for ETS services such as Anti-Virus, Patch Management, Software Delivery, Electronic Inventory and Standard Operating Environment
• Develop procedures and work instructions • Plan, Deploy and Monitor new ETS services • Review the penetration level of the ETS services • Analyse and report ETS services • Interface with Customers on ETS services • improvement plans for ETS services • Develop team members to take on ETS roles and responsibilities
