JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs clinical duties as per his/her assigned clinical privileges.
  • Assesses his/her patients thoroughly (e.g. clinical, socioeconomic, psychological and functional assessments) as per KH policies and documents patient’s assessment in patient’s medical records.
  • Develops plan of care for patients using evidence based approach and following standard of care, and documents the plan of care in patient’s medical records as per KH policies.
  • Ensures the patients’ plan of care that is put by him/her is being implemented in a timely manner.
  • Responds to medical consultations in timely manner as per KH policies.
  • Documents the patients EMR in a complete and timely manner as per KH policies.
