Seeking experienced specialty physicians to provide consultative care for residents in nursing home settings. This role focuses on telemedicine consultations, with occasional in-person visits, particularly for initial assessments. Specialists in Psychiatry, Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Pulmonology are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telemedicine consults for nursing home residents in your specialty.
• Conduct initial in-person assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff, primary care providers, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Review patient histories, diagnostic tests, and lab results to provide expert recommendations.
