Endocrinologist Opportunity East Texas (1h30 from Dallas) - Longview, TX / Tyler, TX area
 
Caring nonprofit multispecialty group is seeking an Endocrinologist to join their team.

This multispecialty group serves 13, 000 diabetic patients and is the only available provider for this population in the region. 
 
The group offers huge earning potential and has a strong 94% retention rate.

 $350, 000 $450, 000/year earning potential
Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $325, 000
Transitions to RVU-based compensation after the first year
Year-end production bonus ($50 per RVU above threshold)
$750/month
