+ Strong knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software.
+ Deep understanding of iOS device setup, troubleshooting, and ecosystem behavior
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
+ Related field or equivalent technical skills/work experience.
Preferred:
+ Help desk and end user support experience.
+ Experience in managing Microsoft InTune
+ Experience using Apple Business Manager
+ A degree in Computer Science or Networking
+ Ability to travel- approximately 5% travel required
