Endpoints and Office Productivity

This role focuses on provisioning, configuring, and supporting Windows and Mac endpoints to ensure a secure and efficient IT environment for end‑users. It includes managing user access via Active Directory and MS365, installing productivity and security software, and resolving hardware, software, and basic network issues. The individual serves as the SME for endpoint management, maintains inventory and documentation, and ensures IT security best practices are followed. They also collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet SLAs and explore new technologies that can enhance office productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provisioning, Setup, and Configuration of Endpoints (Windows / Mac) for OS and permitted company applications for end-users
