This top ranked national firm is now looking for an energy and resources lawyer to join their Perth team.

In your role, you will provide commercial and advisory services to resources and energy companies on all aspects of project acquisition and development. You will also work closely with major infrastructure and service providers including those that are state owned.

Your matters will include:

• Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements;
• Joint venture agreements;
• Advising upon regulatory issues associated with land use;
• Access and compensation deeds;
• Native Title matters and heritage issues.
