This position resides within Metering Design & Operations (MDO) under Meter Operations. The Senior Specialist partners with Senior Metering Specialists, Advisors, Engineers, and Project Managers to support the delivery of complex service order requests across the Metering Operations organization. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytical expertise to interpret data and deliver actionable insights that support operational performance. Using tools such as FATS, EMST, and Click Mobile, you will support the review of service orders and provide guidance on non-standard, high-impact metering scenarios.
