Energy Efficiency Supervisor

Building Envelope Materials is hiring Energy Efficiency Supervisors for seasonal work from April 1 to October 30. The Energy Efficiency Supervisors will work with several other team members to install Pinhole Insulation in large multifamily buildings in Boston. Pinhole Insulation is a novel minimally invasive retrofit insulation technology that results in 20 - 30% energy savings. All training and equipment will be provided.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Work with building management to schedule apartments
• Use smartphone app to calculate appropriate insulation parameters
• Prepare apartments for installation
• Use the Talking Rig to install insulation
• Log the job in the smartphone app

Qualifications

• Reliable
• Good teammate
• Able to work for 6 to 8 hours/day in sometimes crowded apartments
• Motivated to reduce global warming
