Manage complete and accurate project files and documentation (Dropbox).Research (primarily ConEd) incentives; C&I Program and Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program. Compile, submit, and track utility application packages.Complete engineering calculations of energy and carbon emissions (Local Law 97) savings and build financial models to define return on investment.Support Sales staff with developing technical service and project proposals.Manage bid processes and coordination with vendors / subcontractors.
