Venogy Talent is partnering with a leading provider of industrial energy-efficiency solutions to hire an Energy Solutions Engineer who will help heavy-industry clients across Europe cut energy use, lower emissions, and hit their sustainability goals.

This is a technical–commercial role working directly with decision-makers and plant engineering teams in sectors such as metals, cement, mining, chemicals, and wastewater—designing tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact.

The role

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle end-to-end: site investigation, data gathering, feasibility, and proposal delivery.
• Conduct energy audits and develop savings models.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients across Europe.
