The ECL Lead is responsible for developing and leading the overarching Engagement, Change, and Learning (ECL) strategy for the transformation portfolio, translating business goals into an actionable plan that drives business readiness and user adoption. As the leader of the ECL function, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight, managing its integrated plan, budget, and resources, and representing the function in key leadership forums.

To execute this strategy, you will oversee the network of local implementation teams to drive readiness and manage and energize the global Change Agent Network. You will design and implement the comprehensive learning strategy, partnering with internal strategic partners (like enterprise learning CoEs) to co-create sustainable solutions.
