As the Engagement Lead, you will enhance client partnerships with in-depth knowledge of their business processes and industry challenges. By managing cross-functional teams, you will ensure successful implementation and continuous support of NetSuite products. Your leadership will drive both engagement health and growth opportunities across various regions and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop trusted relationships with major NetSuite clients
• Identify customer requirements and propose tailored NetSuite solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Prepare status reports and forecasts based on account metrics
