Engagement Manager

As an Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end success and profitability of our most strategic client accounts. Acting as the single-threaded leader, you will:
Be the Trusted Partner – Build executive-level relationships, navigate complex organizations, and ensure alignment on value delivery and transformation goals.
Drive Business Growth – Translate company's GenAI Factory, Agentic AI, and Data Platform capabilities into compelling business outcomes that expand client budgets and sponsorship.
Ensure Predictable Delivery – Govern multi-squad programs from discovery to hypercare with rigor, discipline, and security/compliance at the core.
Own the Numbers – Manage account-level P&L, driving revenue, margin, and collections with transparency and precision.
Shape the Future of AI/ML at Scale – Orchestrate pilots-to-production journeys on AWS, embedding best practices for cost, security, and evaluation guardrails.
