Job Summary:
Hirexe is hiring an Engagement Manager to own success across two equally important areas: client outcomes and deployed employee performance. You'll be the glue that keeps accounts healthy, employees supported, and opportunities for growth identified early - balancing high-touch client engagement with hands-on day-to-day workforce management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, solving operational problems quickly, and turning real on-the-ground insight into retention and expansion.
