Engagement Partner / Principal Position Summary The Engagement Partner will provide executive oversight, strategic guidance, quality control review, client relationship management, and technical consultation related to affordable housing development transactions, including LIHTC, tax-exempt bond financing, RAD conversions, and public housing development initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact with MPHA executive management and project stakeholders. Provide strategic oversight of all engagement activities. Review and approve major financial analyses and deliverables. Advise on accounting treatment for development costs, developer fees, ownership entities, and partnership structures. Review project financing structures and financial models. Participate in meetings with investors, lenders, attorneys, and development partners as required.
