Engagement & Registration Manager - Incentive Travel

About the Role

The Engagement & Registration Manager plays a hands-on role within Wynford’s Engagement & Registration Solutions team, responsible for delivering seamless, high-quality registration and participant engagement experiences across assigned programs.

Reporting to the Manager, Engagement & Registration Solutions , this role focuses on day-to-day program delivery, participant communications, and data integrity. Working closely with Event Solutions and Digital Solutions, the Engagement & Registration Manager ensures participants receive clear, timely, and accurate information throughout the program lifecycle while maintaining high service standards.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who enjoys balancing participant care with operational precision and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000 annually.
