Brightwater is seeking a Team Lead – RAC Engagement to coach and support our admissions team, ensuring prospective residents, families and referrers receive a responsive, caring and seamless experience.

You’ll guide team performance, oversee workflows and help strengthen occupancy and referrer relationships across residential aged care (RAC).
