Activités
As a Quality Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and handling of customer complaints (including structured 8D responses)
- Monitoring corrective and preventive actions
- Direct interface with customers and internal teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, etc.)
- Data analysis and monitoring of quality indicators (KPIs, PPM, Customer Scorecards)
- Participation in internal and external audits (IATF 16949, customers)
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements
Your profile
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
- Proven Professional Experience Is Preferred.
- Knowledge of languages (English) (knowledge of French will be valued).
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and references (IATF 16949).
- Experience with quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA...
