Job Description

Your Role

  • Managing and handling of customer complaints (including structured 8D responses)
  • Monitoring corrective and preventive actions
  • Direct interface with customers and internal teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, etc.)
  • Data analysis and monitoring of quality indicators (KPIs, PPM, Customer Scorecards)
  • Participation in internal and external audits (IATF 16949, customers)
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
  • Proven professional experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of languages (English) (knowledge of French will be valued).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and references (IATF 16949).
  • Experience with quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
